Ingredients:
For the rice: -1 cup rice -1 cup water -2/3 Tbsp soy sauce - 1 tsp sesame oil -1 tsp chicken stock powder -ginger For the chicken: -3 thighs (4 if your rice cooker can fit it!) -1.5Tbsp soy sauce -1 Tbsp sugar (white or brown) -1 Tbsp oyster sauce -.5 tsp dark soys sauce -2 grated garlic cloves -as much ginger as you want Instructions:
- add ingredients to chicken and let sit and marinate for an hour
- Prepare rice and add ingredients to rice
- chopped mushrooms.
- put all into rice cooker and set to 60 min
- drizzle sauce on top
