Ingredients:

For the rice: -1 cup rice -1 cup water -2/3 Tbsp soy sauce - 1 tsp sesame oil -1 tsp chicken stock powder -ginger For the chicken: -3 thighs (4 if your rice cooker can fit it!) -1.5Tbsp soy sauce -1 Tbsp sugar (white or brown) -1 Tbsp oyster sauce -.5 tsp dark soys sauce -2 grated garlic cloves -as much ginger as you want Instructions:

  1. add ingredients to chicken and let sit and marinate for an hour
  2. Prepare rice and add ingredients to rice
  3. chopped mushrooms.
  4. put all into rice cooker and set to 60 min
  5. drizzle sauce on top
